Random: Fitness

I figure a public declaration of my need to get fit or cry trying will serve as the additional motivation I need to stay on track. I am what you call a 'weight loss' junkie, trying everything and sticking to nothing. I'm not sure what, how and when I will get to my goal size (a perfect 10!) but I know these things:

• I enjoy running but get lazy
• I am competitive
• I love sugar/junk food, all that labelled bad but tastes so damn good
• I am willing to try
• I start off great and lose steam along to way
• I am currently on a Dukan diet. A friend agreed to do this with me, so hey!
• I have been on a juice fast, done the master cleanse, stayed of sugar for a month and still..... the flabs persist.
• I love sugar... (I bet I already mentioned this)
• I am still willing to try

Brown and Glowing for the Kids

My friend and I attended a charity event celebrating Children's day (May 27th) with some orphanages in Abuja.
It was all smiles and laughter with the kids and this cute doggie I met (Coco), even when the rain came pouring down. I now know two cute doggie fur balls named Coco! Taiwo took some amazing photos and I thought I should show them off! She failed to send any photos of herself, for reasons best known to her *shrug*

Hello there! I know it has been forever but I'm sure y'all been doing fabulously well in my absence. Here's what I've been up to in the past month and a half, in pictures. I will try to make my blogging as regular as possible. I already have a post ready for next week!

And guess who's the face of the brand.... *drum roll*.... ME!!! Well, if wishes were horses, I'd be riding gallantly but I'm sure Lotanna can take a hint. We Don't Say Goodbye!

As many of you may know, I've relocated to Nigeria and I have been trying to settle in and get a job and just generally adapt to some of the changes. It feels good to be home. The heat I longed for is available in full force and I have been shamelessly slapping on sunscreen to maintain my skin tone or become one shade darker at most, haha! With some of this busyness out of the way, I have found time to upload long awaited imaged of my last days in London.

Sadly, I have manage to lose some of my favourite pieces of jewellery featured in some of the pictures. This breaks my heart. *sniffles*

Thai + Traders

This one's a little late because in the past two weeks, I have been stressed and stretched beyond my own super woman abilities, but I still found a way through it all :-P. I have moved based. I'm now somewhere I call 'home'. 

Despite the heat and having hot flashes, I was trying to unpack when I came across my dinner photos with gorgeous Resa and decided to blog about it. And guess what?! I have pretty decent internet. Rather, my mother does. Hehe! So this was our failed attempt at goodbye. Failed, as we did some serious partying the weekend after (look out for those pictures). We had dinner at Busaba and munched on macaroons and cake pops afterwards (yummy stuff from Selfridges) and headed to some bar... Trader Vic's it was called.
